摘要
本文阐述了国内首次在小缸径高速柴油机上采用低排热钢顶组合活塞的试验结果及分析。在195柴油机上试验研究结果表明,与铝活塞相比,除了标定高功率少数工况外,油耗率普遍降低1%~5%,噪声降低2~3dB,排放得到改善,振动基本一样。对气缸内参数的分析表明,滞燃期缩短,最高燃烧压力降低,燃烧过程较为柔和。
In this paper, the test results are expounded for high speed small diesel engine with steel crown-combined piston. Compared with aluminium piston engines, the fuel consupmtion decreases by 1%~5%,noise level reduces 2~3dB, emissions get down and vibration keeps almost the same except for a few high output ratings. The analysis of combustion parameters in cylinder shows that the ignition delay reduces, peak combustion pressure decreased and combustion process becomes more smooth.
