摘要
在S195型涡流室式柴油机上,对一种能改变燃油出口喷雾形状的新型抽针式喷油嘴进行了研究。发动机台架试验结果表明,采用该喷油嘴后,可显著改善原机的经济性和排放品质。在柴油机标定工况下,油耗率和烟度分剐降低约4%和31%,排气温度也有一定下降。该型喷油器的运用,将为改善现有的S195型柴油机性能提供又一途径。
This paper presented a new type of pintle nozzle designed to reduce fuel consumption and smoke in diesel engines with swirl chambe. The experimental results acquired on a model S195 diesel engine showed that, at the rated condition, performance of the engine with a new nozzle could be significantly improved, specific fuel consumption and smoke decreased by almost 4% and 31% respectively, exhaust temperature also reduced to a certain degree, compared with a conventional nozzle.
