摘要
空燃比是评价汽油机混合气浓度的指标,也是影响燃烧过程至关重要的因素,汽油机的有效运转与混合气的空燃比关系很大。对于车用多缸汽油机,为了获得最优性能,最佳油耗率和最低排放,必须对汽油机整机空燃比特性及各缸空燃比分配均匀性进行研究。本文主要介绍汽油机空燃比测量研究的意义、空燃比测量的方法与原理,分析多缸汽油机整机空燃比特性及各缸空燃比的离散度,提出了改善车用多缸汽油机燃油经济性的具体措施。
Air fuel ratio is the criterion to evaluate mixture concentration, and also an important sensitive factor to effect combustion process. The efficient operation of gasoline engine is markedly dependent on the air fuel ratio of the charged mixture. With respect to automotive multi-cylinder gasoline engine, in order to achieve optimum performance, maximum fuel economy and minimum emission, greater attention must be paid to the characteristic of engine air fuel ratio and its distribution evencss of cylinder to cylinder. This paper mainly describes the method and theery of air fuel ratio measurement, analyses the characteristic of engine air fuel ratio and its distribution eveness of cylinder to cylinder, proposes the detailed means to improve fuel economy of automotive multi-cylinder gasoline engine.
