摘要 本文以0.903L四冲程水冷直喷式花瓣型燃烧室ZH1100W型柴油机为试验发动机,研究具有传统喷油泵—油管—喷油嘴系统的小型高速直喷式柴油机的喷油嘴几何参数对性能的影响,并结合试验与计算揭示一些设计、调整、运转参数与性能之间的关系,有助于小型高速直喷式柴油机喷油嘴几何参数与燃烧室形状的匹配预测分析。 A study to investigate the effects of geometric parameters of nozzle on engine performance was conducted by using a model ZHllOOW, 0.903 litre, fourstroke, watercooled, petal type combustion chamber single cylinder high speed DI diesel engine with traditional pump-high pressure pipe-injector system. Experiments and calculations have levealed the ralationship among design, adjustment, running parameters and engine performance. The results of the study are helpful to the prediction and analysis for the matching of geometric parameters of the nozzle with the combustion chamber shape in small high speed DI diesel engines.
