摘要
职工培训作为人力资源开发的重要组成部分,对企业的长远发展具有重要意义,国有企业要做好职工培训工作,必须对职工培训的理念、方式、考核、培训师的培养和选拔等方面不断地进行创新。
Training employees is an important part of developing human resource and has important meaning to the lasting development of enterprises. For training well, the state-owned enterprises shall innovate constantly the concept, way, test, culture and selection of trainers, etc.
