According to the exiting problems of crevices in the walls and roofs on the top floor, the causes are analyzed from the theories and construction in this paper. In summary, including the weight which the walls and roofs have to support, the change of temperature, the uneven settling and so on. Meanwhile, several preventives are studied in it. Designers must design by the standards strictly. Constructors must take charge of each link under construction, pay close attention to the quality, the materials, the processes of construction and the structural processes to the special part.
