岗南水库正常溢洪道作为岗南水库重要泄洪设施,在运行四十多年中,充分发挥了重要作用,但因其运行时间长且施工过程中的诸多原因,目前存在锥铰金属材料质量问题、分段施工后新旧混凝土质量与结合问题、闸墩裂缝问题、地质问题及挑坎下游冲坑等问题,所有这些因素影响着正常溢洪道的稳定,分析这些问题产生的原因,提出改进措施,以利于管理运用中充分发挥其作用,对于确保工程安全,保障下游千百万人民生命财产安全有着十分重要的意义。

As an important flood discharge facility in the Guangnan Reservoir, the spillway has played a key role in its 40-year operation. Owing to long period use, many problems affecting the spillway stability occurred, such as the material qualities of the cone hinge metal materials, the concrete joints, the pier cracks, the geology and the scour hole in the lower reaches of the flip bucket. The paper analyzes the causes and proposes some improvement measures.
