摘要
传统的油脂润滑方式易导致轴承工作温度升高、寿命低,根据连铸机环境温度高、杂质和水分多的工作特点,采用先进的油气润滑技术,利用压缩空气在管道内的流动,带动润滑油沿管道内壁不断流动,把油气混合体输送到润滑点。在方坯拉矫机和传动链条上应用表明,轴承在线使用周期由原来的60~90天延长到150~180天,提高了设备的作业率。
According to the CCM working characteristics of high ambient temperature and high content of impurity and water, an advanced oilair lubrication technique is adopted to overcome the high working temperature and low life of gear caused by traditional grease lubricating. The technique utilizes flowing compressed air in pipe driving lubricating oil flow continuously and transferring oilgas mixture to lubricating point. The application in billet tension straightening machine and transmission chain has shown that the gear lifetime is prolonged from the original 60~90 days to 150~180 days, the equipment utilization rate is also increased.
