针对由管理制度不健全、工艺和设备缺陷等原因引起的干熄焦发电量低的问题,采取了加强管理,加强技术改造等一系列措施,提高了干熄焦发电机组有功功率,日平均发电量及产汽量分别比2000年提高11516kW.h和145t。

Aiming at low generation ratio of CDQ steam turbogenerator sets caused by insufficient management and default of its process and equipment, a series of measures such as strengthening management and technical transformation etc. were adopted. Then CDQ steam turbogenerator sets active power increased and the daily average generation and vapor produced is increased by 11,516 kW.h and 145t separately than the amounts of 2000.
