风机洗尘技术在转炉烟气净化系统中的应用

摘要 氧气顶吹转炉除尘系统因设计问题,造成排放的烟气含尘量超标。在不改变原设计的情况下,开发了投资不超过10万元的风机洗尘新技术。通过调节风机进水压力和流量,烟气含尘量由原来的200~300mg/m3降为70~85mg/m3,同时减少了风机振动,提高了风机寿命。 Smoke discharged from LD converter has more dust than the standard because of its design. Then a fan dustwashing technology invested less than 0.1 million Yuan is developed but original design isn't changed. The practice proves that by adjusting pressure and flow of fan's influent water, the dust contained in the flue gas is decreased from 200~300mg/m\+3 to 70~85mg/m\+3, the fan vibration is also reduced and the service life is improved.
