摘要
为强化备件管理,由考核各种定额向使用各种定额过渡,通过确定合理的消耗基数和储备基数,并以此与供货单位签订承包合同,尝试建立了总量承包的管理模式。2002年28个大项目的备件消耗实施了年耗指标的总量承包工作,创经济效益655万元。
In order to enhance equipment management and transform examining standard into using standard, the gross contract management model is attempted to set up by determining reasonable consumption bases and reservation bases and then signing contract with supplier according to the bases. The gross contract management of annual consumption index is actualized in the spare parts consumption of 28 items in 2002, and the economic benefit is 6.55 million Yuan.
