低品位氧化铜矿及空区残矿可浸性试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对武山铜矿的低品位氧化铜矿及含矿围岩进行了小型浸出试验。试验表明武山铜矿该类型矿石的浸出较复杂,但在优化的工艺条件下,即溶浸剂浓度3%,氧化剂用量0.25%,强化剂用量2.5%,浸出时间为1h,浸出率可达60%~75%。由于矿石的氧化率约为30%,仅靠单一酸浸,其浸出率难有较大的提高,应进一步开展强化浸出的试验研究工作。 Leaching test is taken for lowgrade copper ore and waste of Wushan Mine. The test results show that this kind of ore is refractory for leaching, but under optimization condition, that is, the concentration of leaching agent 3%, the oxidizing agent 0.25% and intensifying agent 2.5%, the extraction rate is 60%~75% after 1 hour leaching. It's necessary to make further study on enhancive leaching because the oxide rate of the ore is only about 30% and it's difficult to increase the extraction rate by using sulfuric acid alone.
