μXL集散控制系统在干熄焦系统中的应用

摘要 由于干熄焦系统规模大、设备多、生产工艺复杂,为保证熄焦效果和余热锅炉的正常运行,应用μXL集散控制系统完成对干熄炉和余热锅炉的过程控制、生产过程数据的自动采集、DCS-PLC信号的通讯等。该系统投运后,运行可靠稳定,锅炉入口水温差可控制在±1℃,干熄炉预存段压力波动可控制在±10Pa,锅炉汽包水位波动可控制在±5mm。起到了控制生产节奏、实现均衡生产的作用。 In order to guarantee coke quenching effect and normal operation of waste heat boiler, μXL distribution control system is used to accomplish process controlling of dry quenching chamber and waste heat boiler, auto data collection and acquisition and communication between DCS and PLC. After running, the system is reliable and steady, acts as controlling production rhythm and realizing production balancing. The practices show that the temperature difference of water in boiler inlet is less than ±1℃, the pressure difference of dry quenching chamber presorted stage is less than ±10Pa, the water level difference of the steam header is less than ±5mm. 
