摘要
132只60日龄青年鸡随机平均分为三组:不感染不给药的健康对照组,感染不给药的感染对照组和感染同时给予1%“黄芩、大黄”合剂的中药预防组。在实验前1d、感染症状最明显时(实验第5d)、临床症状消失后(实验第15d)采血检测SOD(抗氧化酶)、MDA(脂质过氧化物)水平变化。结果表明,自由基介导了鸡传染性喉气管炎(ILT)疾病的发生和发展过程,“黄芩、大黄”合剂能提高抗氧化酶活性,清除介导ILT疾病产生的过多自由基,从而发挥保护机体免受自由基攻击的作用。
To evaluate the effects of scutellaria root&rhubarb mixture on oxygen free radicals(OFR)during laryn go-tracheitis infection(ILT)in chicken,132sixty-day-old chicken were randomly divided into three groups:uninfected and non-treated chicken(Group A),infected and non-treated chicken(guoup B),infected and treated with scutellaria root&rhubarb mixture chicken(Group C).This study demonstrated that oxygen free radicals played a critical role in the patho-genesis of laryngotracheitis infection,and scutellaria root&rhubarb mixture could increase SOD activity,and pro tected organism by scavenging the attack of OFR.
