摘要
阐明了“木桶效应”以及中国企业的非核心技术战略的内涵 ,介绍了寻找企业自身关键点的“价值链”分析法和用于战略选择的“SWOT”分析法 ,并就相关决策原则作了阐述 ,旨在帮助暂不具备核心技术的中国企业在非核心技术战略的创新上作出正确决策。
In this paper, 'wooden pall effect' and the intension of non-kernel technology strategy of Chinese enterprises have been clarified. Analysis methods of 'value chain' to seek the key points of enterprises themselves and 'SWOT' for strategy selection are introduced. Related polioy principles are elaborated to help the Chinese enterprises without kernel technology temporarily to make correct policies on the innovation of non-kernel technology strategy.
