对于电力工程建设费用的非线性问题,基于灰色系统理论,提出了一种成本费用预测与时间成本优化决策的新方法。

The paper puts forward a new method to solve the problem on construction cost of the UHV transmission line presenting the non-linear features, the new method which applies the gray forecast approach to the cost prediction and the optimal time-cost decision.
