城市住宅外装饰设计的若干思考

Design of outer decoration on city's residence

分析了近年福州地区城市住宅外装饰设计的成功实例,认为住宅外装饰设计必须考虑住户的层次及需求,注重装饰材料的合理选择、装饰造型的组织,同时还要考虑装饰材料的色彩、质感、机理、环保等因素。

The author analyzed some successful examples of design on outer decoration of city's residence in Fuzhou district in past few years. The author considered that the designer must take the level and demand of household into consideration on outer decoration design of residence, and pay attention to reasonable choice of decoration material, meanwhile, and attach importance to the organization of decoration modeling, and color, quality, mechanization, environmental protection of decoration material.
