试论市场经济条件下团队精神的培养

On cultivation of team spirit in the market economy

针对在社会主义市场经济条件下社会成员思想活动呈现的四个特点,探讨培养团队精神的现实性、重要意义及其有效途径。认为:团队精神是社会精神文明在团队的集中体现,可以削弱或消除改革开放和发展市场经济所带来的某些负面效应;要培养团队精神就必须建立团队规范,增强团队精神凝聚力,引导全体成员参与管理,开发人的潜能和妥善处理团队内部矛盾冲突。

The author explored the reality, significance and effective ways according to four characteristics of thinking activities in socialist market economy. The author considers that team spirit is the focus revelation of social spiritual civilization and team spirit can relieve or get rid of some negative effect accompanied with reform and opening and market economy development. Team spiritual cultivation must concentrate on following aspects such as setting team regulation, strengthening cohesion of team spirit, guiding all the members to attend management, exploiting potential of human and dealing with correctly contradiction of the team.
