在认识校园文化的战略意义基础上,针对新时期高校校园文化面临的挑战,探索工作思路。认为必须用"三个代表"重要思想统领高校校园文化建设;必须高扬先进文化的旗帜,保证校园文化建设前进的方向;必须构建满足青年学生成才需要的多层次、多元化、多样性的校园文化格局,以提高校园文化建设的成效性。

The author explored new thought trait of working so as to face new challenge towards campus culture at universities in new period based on recognizing the strategic meaning of campus culture. The author considered that three representation must take lead in construction of campus culture at universities, and advanced culture must be promoted, the advanced direction of construction on campus culture must be enssured and diverse setting of campus culture with multilevel and multi-element must be constructed in order to meet the demand of college students to improve the effect of construction on campus culture.
