摘要
本文把最近发展的柔性多体系统动力学应用到内燃机配气机构的动力计算之中,由此建立的配气机构多体模型优于以往其它各动力模型.多体模型不仅可以象有限元模型那样反映机构中各零件的真实形状,而且可以精确地处理各零件之间的连接副及约束状况,还可以解决机构中的脱离和冲击碰撞问题,使模拟计算更符合实际.计算与实测结果对比吻合良好.
Flexible multi-body dynamics was applied to the dynamic computation of valve gear in internal combustion engines in this paper. Suggested multi-body model of valve gear can not only reflect the real shape of mechanism components as FEM model does, but also deal with the connecting pairs and constraint conditions between components and related separating and impacting problems in the mechanism, making the simulation more realistic. The computed results were in good agreement with those of experiments.
