摘要
通过采用安全人-机-环境-信息系统理论,对影响京津线行车安全的各类因素进行探讨。在四级预防和分级管理基础上,提出京津线行车安全保障信息系统总体框架,并对其各子系统的结构、功能以及它们之间的信息流程进行分析,构建铁路行车安全保障系统信息平台。
By using the systemic theory of safe man-machine-environment-information, the essay explores all kind of factors thatinfluence the operation safety on Beijing-Tianjin line. On the basis of Grade 4 prevention and graded management, it bringsforward the general framework of ensured information system for operation safety on Beijing-Tianjin line, analyzes the structure ofeach sub-system, function and the information flow between each other, and constructs the information flat of safe assurancesystem for railway operation.
