摘要
本文提出了一种泄压储能系统来实现柴油机的高增压,从而提高柴油机的平均有效压力.文中介绍了泄压储压能系统的工作原理,对该系统高增压时运行参数和结构参数进行了估算和优化.经单缸柴油机模拟增压台架上试验表明:泄压储能系统可以实现高增压柴油机的近似等压燃烧,它可以按工况自动选择合适的压缩比.
The authors of this paper put forward a new pressure-relievel and energy-accumulated systrm (PREAS) in of diesel engine for realizing its high supercharging and increasing its BMEP.The working principle of the PREAS is introduced in the paper. The operating and structural parameters of the system operating at high supercharging were evaluated and optimized. The experimental results show that the approximate constomt pressure combustion process in a diesel engine can be realized by the PREAS, which can automatically adapt the compression ratio to clifferent operating conditions.
