摘要
采用可将铁直接转化为磷化膜成分的有机酸与强氧化性磷化促进剂相复配,通过正交试验开发了一种新型适用于大型钢结构的磷化工艺。介绍了工艺基本配方、影响因素及其性能和使用方法,探讨了有机酸在磷化过程中的作用机理。
A new type of phosphating solution suitable for phosphating of large steel structures was developed through orthogonal examination using a combination phospating solution containing an organic acid enabling conversion of rust into component of phosphating film and an oxidative accelerant. Basic formulation, influence factors, application method of the solution and phosphating film properties are introduced. Action mechanism of the organic acid used is discussed as well.
