摘要 阐述在锌系磷化液中加入Ca2+的实验研究成果。在锌系磷化液中引入Ca2+,可以较大地改善磷化膜的性能,其耐蚀性能大幅度提高,磷化膜晶粒迅速细化,沉渣量大幅度减少等。改进后的磷化液称为锌钙系磷化液。适用于铁路机车和车辆、轴承、汽车以及五金电器制造中的中低碳钢及其合金的防腐和电泳前磷化处理。 Experimental results of the investigation on the addition of calcium ion in the zinc series phosphating solution were described. When calcium ion is introduced in the zinc series phosphating solution, the properties of the phosphating film can be greatly improved. Crystals of the phosphating film become finer and corrosion resistance of the phosphating film has a big increase. Amount of sediment in the phosplating solution is reduced dramatically. The solution after improvement is called zinc and calcium series phosphating solution. The solution is suitable for anticorrosion and preelectrophoresis phosphating treatment of mild steel and medium carbon steel used in the manufacture of railway stocks and bearings, automobile, ironware and electrical equipment.
