多弧离子镀装饰膜层的色泽研究

Research on Color of Multi-Arc Ion Plated Decoration Film

运用多弧离子镀的方法,在1Cr13不锈钢及黄铜镀铬基体的表面上制备了氮化钛仿金装饰膜层。对氮化钛装饰膜层的色泽进行了研究,发现膜层具有装饰效果的黄金色彩,并讨论了镀膜工艺对膜层色泽的影响。

Golden imitating titanium nitride decoration films on surface of substrates of 1Cr13 stainless steel and chromium plated brass were prepared with multiarc ion plating method. Color of the titanium nitride decoration films was investigated. It is found from the experimental results that the films obtained with this method have golden color for decoration. The effect of plating technology on the film color was discussed.
