摘要
本文提供了计算二维温度场的通用方法,即瞬态温度场的非线性有限元解法.首先,以实测的温度确定缸壁与燃气的接触边界条件,计算出稳定温度场.以稳定温度场做初始条件,考虑活塞运动情况,利用所确定的放热系数确定缸套与燃气的接触边界条件计算了铸铁缸套的瞬态温度场,给出了缸套表面层的温度波动情况.
A universal method to cope with two-dimensional temperature field problem, i.c. the finite element method for nonlinear temperature field was given in this paper. First, the boundary condition of gass and the wall of the linear was determined by the measured temperature and the steady temperature was calculated. Considering the movement of the piston, the inital condition was determined by the steady temperature and the transient temperature of the iron linear was calculate by means of the boundary condition of gass and the wall which was determined by the exothermic coefficient. The temperature variations on the liner surface were shown.
