摘要
本文从铰接活塞的结构特点和受力状况着手,建立和开发了能准确地模拟其二阶运动的计算程序.作为实例,运用此程序对某型柴油机(D×S=95×115mm)的试验用铰接活塞在运用中的活塞侧倾角和横向运动轨迹进行了数值求解.文中还对饺接活塞与原型整体活塞的相应计算结果进行了对比和分析.
In this paper, a computing program based on the construction features and loading condition for simulating the articulated piston secondary movement is developed and presented. For verification, the program was applied to an experimental articulated piston of a certain type diesel engine (D×S=95×115mm) to compute the piston tilt angle and lateral motion trajectory. Comparison and analysis were made of the computed results both for the articulated piston and for the conventional monolithic piston.
