砖结构房屋顶层墙体裂缝分析及防治措施

Analysis and Prevention Measures against Cracks on Walls of Top Floor of Brick Masonry Buildings

顶层墙体温差裂缝是砖结构房屋的顽疾。本文对砖结构常见的几种温差裂缝形式进行了分析,对极端温度下墙体内的最大剪应力进行了计算。同时,结合计算分析,提出了设计、施工中应采取的防治温差裂缝的措施。
