摘要
内燃机缸套-活塞环系统中有许多的摩擦学现象.本文对系统中的摩擦、磨损、润滑和密封等进行了较为全面的分析.特别是在磨损分析中,结合润滑状态,建立了一个同时考虑边界润滑下的磨损与三体磨粒磨损的综合模型,从而可以更实际地反映系统的磨损状态.本文的分析计算结果可以为摩擦学设计以及系统的优化提供有力的依据.
In this paper, a study has been made to analize the tribological behaviors, such as friction, wear, lubrication and sealing in cylinder liner—piston ring systems. In particular, a comprehensive wear model based on different lubrication states is presented to describe wear under boundary lubrication and three-body abrasive wear, thereby enabling to closely reflect the wear state in practical systems. Calculation results and conclusions of the study can provide an effective basis for tribological design and system optimization.
