摘要
本文介绍了微波加热的基本原理及选择性加热的特性.实现了用微波对陶瓷过滤体进行再生的构想.通过对微粒及陶瓷过滤体的微波特性测量和计算,得出了过滤体上的微粒是微波选择性加热的主要对象的结论.文中描述了微波再生试验的结果,其再生效果也由过滤体的失重试验加以证实.此外还介绍了作者开发的一套微波再生试验系统,由此可以对过滤体的再生情况和规律进行分析研究.
Heating principle and selective heating character of microwave was discussed and regeneration of ceramic diesel particulate filter was realized by microwave. Comparative measurement and calculation for the responses of particulate and ceramic element to microwave showed that particulates in ceramic filter is the major odject of microwave selective heating. Results of microwave regeneration were described and confirmed by filter mass-loss measurements. A test system for microwave regeneration was developed for further study.
