柴油机工作过程故障振动诊断的基础研究 被引量:55

摘要 在分析故障诊断技术特点的基础上,本文提出从缸盖振动信号提取燃烧激振力及排气门落座响应的频率特征,用以对柴油机工作过程故障进行诊断.实验表明:这种将综合性故障诊断与零部件故障诊断相结合的方法是可行的.较之传统的示功图分析方法更为简便实用,便于进行在线监测. Based on analyses of technical characteristics of trouble doagnosis, a trouble diagnosis approach to diesel engine in-cylinder processes by meana of response frequency characteristics on the cylinder head surface from combustion pressure and valve seating were suggested. Experimental study indicated that the approach combining the feature of integrated and componental trouble diagnosis is feasibie. It seems simpler than conventional indicator diagram analysis approach and easy to be used in on-line monitoring.
