水果质量安全与标准化工作

农产品安全卫生问题是当前国内、国际经济贸易中的重中之重,而水果的质量安全问题更是与百姓生活息息相关,现就目前最为关注的农产品农药残留方面作为分析点,从国内、国际两方面加以阐述、分析,提出了我国水果产品在标准化工作中的一些不足之处,尤其是水果标准体系在农药残留方面的不健全之处。并提出趋利避害,进一步发展我国水果业的对策建议。
