摘要
我国加入WTO以后,经济的国际化进程加速,这对企业产生了深远的影响,企业的人力资源体现出新的特点,主要是:人力资源国际化与本土化趋势并存,人员的结构性积压和过分流动并存。面对新的形势,企业的人力资源管理必须从管理理念、管理制度和管理手段等各个方面开拓新的思路,以使企业在日益激烈的竞争中占据主动。
As China joined the WTO, the economic internationalization is accelerated and exerts deep and lasting influences on enterprises. The human resources include such features as the coexistence of internationalization and indigeniza-tion of human resources, and the coexistence of overstock and excess flowage of employee. Enterprises should reinforce their management in terms of concept, system and measures in order to achive the competitive advantages.
