摘要
目前我国住房一级市场已初具规模并迅速扩大,住房抵押贷款证券化在我国的投资环境日趋成熟,商业银行希望抵押贷款证券化成为其发放住房抵押贷款的坚实后盾,因此我国的住房抵押贷款证券化已具有可行性。
The primaiy mortgage market has had very large scale and will grow fast rapidly. The investing environment of Mortgage Backed Securities is being perfected gradually As to commercial banks, the housing Mortgage Securitization is expected to be the solid backing to the grant credits. Therefore, to perform Mortgage Backed Securities is feasible in our country.
