随着快餐业的迅猛发展,中式快餐与西式快餐之间的竞争日趋激烈。中式快餐业能否迅速崛起,能否占据理想的市场份额,关键在于能否制定一个科学的竞争战略,而这一工作的前提和基础是对其进行SWOT分析。
With the rapid development of snack, the competition between Chinese and western snack industry becomes more and more intense. The importance whether Chinese snack can quickly rise and occupy ideal market share lies in the formulattion of scientific competitive strategy of which the hypothesis and basis are just the SWOT analysis.
