On Predicament of Private Enterprises Scalization——The Investigation & Analysis on Private Enterprises' Development in XinJin County, Sichuan Province

民私企业在经过“挣扎生存”阶段向规模化稳定发展阶段提升的过程中,因其管理不规范,业主素质限制、决策个人化、地方经济环境诱导驱使而易于陷入困境。必须加强企业内部决策、管理机制建设和外部市场化、法治化、公民化运行环境的构建,方能降低风险,促进民私企业上规模、上档次。

When private enterprises proceed to the stage of scalized sustainable development after the survival stage, they are likely to sink into predicament because of non-standard management, enterpreneurs' quality limitation, policy-making personalization and local economic environment. It is necessary for them to take some measures to lower risks and advance these enterprises, which should include the reinforcement of internal decision making and management mechanism, the promotion of legalized market-orientated external environment, and the construction of the impartial economic environment, etc.
