On the (p,q)(R) order and lower (p,q) (R) order of B-valued Dirichlet series convergent in the whole plane

通过把B-值Dirichlet级数的(p,q)(R)级和下(p,q)(R)级转化为Dirichlet级数的(p,q)(R)级下(p,q)(R)级进行研究,结合有关Dirichlet级数的相应结果,得出了关于B-值Dirichlet级数的(p,q)(R)级和下(p,q)(R)级的充要条件.

By transforming the (p,q)(R)order and lower (p,q)(R)order of B-valued Dirichlet series into the research for the (p,q)(R)order and lower(p,q)(R)order of the Dirichlet series and combinig the corresponding results mentioned in the references,obtained the sufficient and necessary conditions of the (p,q)(R)order and lower (p,q)(R) order of Bvalued Dirichlet series.
