情境模拟测验在我国人才选聘中的应用规范

摘要 通过个案访谈的方法,分析了情境模拟测验在我国人才选聘应用中的一般情况,总结出开发与实施情境模拟测验的三种类型,针对情境模拟测验在我国实际应用中的问题,提出了情境模拟测验的规范化实施流程,并依据各步骤详尽地指出了应当注意的问题,明确地提出了针对每一步骤的具体建议。 This paper analyzed the general situation of the application of simulations in China,and summed up three types in simulations’exploitation and application.In depth interview was applied in the research.Against the problems in practical application,this paper suggested that the procedure of simulations’application should be standardized,pointed out the questions in every step which should be addressed in detail,and put forward concrete suggestions for every step.
