This paper introduced the background and causes of Industrial Maintenance Management(IMM), presented the connotation and extension of IMM,and established the structure of theoretical system of IMM,being composed of philosophy tier,methodology tier,application and realization tier and technical tool tier.And the realization mode of IMM consists of maintenance management information system,maintenance decision-making support system,maintenance quality controlling system,maintenance operational process system,maintenance object/resource management system and maintenance cost controlling system was put forward.
