摘要
研究了氮和磷对稳定塘系统处理制浆造纸废水效果的影响。发现处理效果差异最明显的是厌氧塘,随着停留时间的增加,对兼性塘、好氧塘出水的处理效果的影响越来越小。分别建立了厌氧塘出水CODcr、厌氧塘一级反应速率常数K(以CODcr为底物)与氮、磷的二元二次方程模型,求得在氮、磷取值分别为0和5.2时处理效果最优。这个结果将用于强化鹤岗华欣纸业股份有限公司稳定塘制浆废水处理。
Effects of nitrogen and phosphorus on the performance of pulp wastewater treatment in stabilization ponds were studied.Result shows that there is a distinct effect in anaerobic ponds.As the hydraulic detention time increased,effects of nitrogen and phosphorus become insignificant.Two regression equations are formulated to express the relationship between the effluent COD and nitrogen and phosphorus,and the relationship between the substrate removal rate constant of the first order reaction and levels of nitrogen and phosphorus at the anaerobic pond phase.From the equation,the optimized nitrogen and phosphorus level has been obtained 0 and 5.2 respectively.This result will be used to improve the pulp wastewater treatment in the stabilization pond of Huaxin Pulp and Paper Ltd.
