摘要
初步探索了以丙酮、二氧六环为溶剂,多酚氧化酶为催化剂催化漆酚在空气中的氧化情况。紫外可见光谱测定表明,反应体系在409、490、653nm处有3个吸收峰,在酶催化下,此3处吸收峰发生明显变化,在218、228nm处共轭双烯和三烯键发生明显变化;它的紫外光谱变化与漆树酶催化类似,据此提出了可能的反应机理。
Oxypolymerization of urushiol in the air with polyphenol oxidase(PPO) as catalyst,acetone or dioxane as dissolvent was studied.The reaction system was determined by UV/VIS.Results showed three absorption peaks at 409,490 and 653 nm respectively.The intensity of three absorption peaks changed when the reaction was catalyzed by PPO.Absorption peaks at 218 and 228 nm,from conjugates double bond and triene also changed.The reaction of urushiol catalyzed by PPO was similar to that of laccase .Probable mechanism of the reaction was put forward.
