Analysis and Countermeasures of Process and Facility Problems in Gas Stations

加油站工艺设计和设施设备安装是加油站本质安全的重要要素。加油站油气回收工艺的规范性、符合性决定了加油站的正常合法经营。针对加油站工艺设施方面存在的问题,系统地分析了加油站工艺管道设计、工艺平面布置、工艺管道安装、设施设备安装等,以工艺设施安全和环保为出发点,提出加油站工艺设计对策思路和设施设备安装改进方案。

The process design and installation of facilities and equipment are important elements of the intrinsic safety of gasoline filling stations.The standardization and conformity of oil and gas recovery process determines the normal and legal operation of gas stations.Considering the problems existing in the process and facilities of gas stations,this paper systematically analyzed the design of process pipelines,process layout,the installation of process pipelines,and the installation of facilities and equipment.Based on process facility safetyand the requirements on environmental protection,countermeasures and optimization scheme of the installation of facilities and equipment at gas stations were put forward.
