摘要
针对现有催化氧化装置多采用贵金属铂钯等催化剂,反应温度高,价格昂贵的特点,研发了低温纳米银催化剂,并在此基础上开发了安全型低温催化氧化耦合工艺包,现场应用表明,该技术能够使石油化工行业难以处理的轻烃以及苯系物长期达标排放。
In view of the high reaction temperature and high price of noble metal platinum and palladium catalysts used in existing catalytic oxidation plants,low-temperature nano-silver catalysts were developed,and on the basis of which,the coupling process package of safe low-temperature catalytic oxidation was developed.Field application showed that the level of light hydrocarbons and benzene series could be brought below emission standard in long-term operation,which was difficult to deal with in petrochemical industry.
