摘要
介绍了一起苯储罐检维修作业事故,透过事故分析了我国极度和高度危害介质储罐的技术和管理现状。结合事故中暴露出的问题,以及当前国内外常压储罐的最新技术和要求,从储罐设计建造、运行、检维修和安全管理等几个方面,提出了极度和高度危害介质储罐风险控制措施和改进建议。
This paper introduced a benzene tank accident during maintenance operations,based on which the technical and management status of China’s extremely and highly hazardous media storage tanks was analyzed.Combined with the problems exposed in the accident,the latest technology and requirements of domestic and international atmospheric pressure storage tanks were discussed in order to provide risk control and improvement measures of extremely and highly hazardous media storage tanks from the aspects of tank design,construction,operation,inspection and maintenance,and safety management.
