摘要
针对典型罐区气相连通工艺,基于Aspen HYSYS建立气相连通工艺呼吸过程动态模型,对温升VOCs收集、温降补氮以及循环温升温降过程进行了模拟分析,获取了小呼吸量、氧含量、补氮量等关键参数,可为工艺参数的分析及设备尺寸的设计提供支撑。
A dynamic model for tank breathing process in tank area with gas phase connection was established using the Aspen HYSYS commercial software.The process of VOCs collection during temperature rise,nitrogen supplying during temperature drop and temperature cycling were simulated in detail,to obtain information about key parameters such as breathing amount,oxygen concentration,and nitrogen supplement amount,providing data support for the analysis of process parameters and the design of related equipment.
