Occupational Hazards Identification and Risk Control in Maintenance Operation of a Refinery

通过对某企业常减压装置、催化裂化装置及延迟焦化装置检维修过程中的现场调查、工程分析,辨识检维修过程中存在的职业病危害因素,并进行职业病危害因素现场检测,确定检维修作业职业病危害高风险环节,从工程防护、个体防护、职业卫生管理等方面提出风险控制措施。

Through on-site investigation and engineering analysis of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units,catalytic cracking units and delayed coking units in an enterprise,the occupational hazard factors existing in the process of inspection and maintenance were identified.The occupational hazard factors were detected on-site,and the high-risk steps of occupational hazards in inspection and maintenance operations were determined.Risk control measures were put forward from the aspects of engineering protection,personal protection and occupational health management.
