中国香港教育界生涯规划服务的反思

Reflections on Career Planning Services in Hongkong’s Education Sector

香港的生涯规划整体而言是非常切合实际需求的,教育界及社会各界都是以最基本的生涯理念、最直接和简单的方法向学生提供最有效的生涯规划服务,具有非常明显的'本土'特色。本文基于笔者30多年生涯规划教育的经验,总结了香港生涯规划服务的特色,以及值得参考的相关探索案例,同时展望未来改善的方向。

The career planning education in Hongkong is generally very practical in meeting the actual needs. The education sector and the community have adopted the most basic career concepts, the most direct and simplest methods to provide the most effective career planning services to students, which has an obvious 'local' feature.Based on the author’s more than 30 years’ experience in career education,this paper has summarized the key features of career service in Hongkong and presented relevant cases worthy of discussion and clarified possible directions of future improvement.
