摘要
在新高考改革的背景下,许多高中学校纷纷开展了生涯教育,但是存在体验机会较少、体验深度不够的问题。上海市闵行中学以体验式教育理论为指导,探索出体验式的生涯教育实践,以体验为核心,引导学生探索生涯认知、自我兴趣和生涯决策,有效地激发了学生的自主发展。
In the context of college entrance examination reform, many high schools have carried out career education, but there are problems such as lack of experiencing opportunities and insufficient depth of the experience. Based on the theory of experiential education, Shanghai Minhang Middle School has explored experiential career education practice, which has adopted experiencing as the core, and has effectively inspired students’ independent development through guided exploration on career cognition, self-interest and career decision-making.
