Further Exploration and Iterative Upgrade of Career Planning and Education for College Students:a 3H Model

中小学生涯教育的兴起,以及新时代赋予高等教育的新内涵,均指向了大学生职业生涯规划和教育的迭代升级这一需要。本文尝试在梳理大学生职业生涯规划和教育的历史背景和内涵发展的基础上,提出3H模型新探索,期望从理念(head)、情怀情感(heart)和行动(hand)三大角度,重新思考和建构大学生职业生涯规划和教育的新内涵。

With the rise of career education in primary and middle schools,and the new expectation on college education connotation endowed by the new era,it becomes necessary for college career planning and education to iteratively upgrade.This paper attempts to propose a new 3 H exploration model,on the basis of sorting out the historical and connotational development of career planning and education in colleges,suggesting to rethink and reconstruct the connotation of college career planning and education,from the perspective of three systems,namely,Head,Heart and Hand.
