生涯主题探究课程的学生个性化辅导探索

摘要 初中生处于生涯发展阶段从成长期向探索期的过渡阶段,在这一阶段,生涯发展目标的树立是生涯发展的主要内容。而生涯发展的制定、实施、评价,以及自我的探索都需要一个过程。学校尝试开设生涯主题探究课程,设计生涯主题探究活动,发展学生的各种能力,并对主题探究活动期间的数据进行深度挖掘,辅以个别化生涯辅导,助力学生的全面发展和个性发展。 Junior high school students are in the transitional period from growth stage to exploration stage.During this period,the cultivation of students’interests and abilities,and the establishment of initial career development goals are the main contents of their career exploration,which includes the process of self-exploration,and formulation,implementation,evaluation of career planning.The school offers career exploration courses,designs career-themed activities to develops students’various abilities,and analyze the data during the student theme inquiry activities in depth,supplemented by individualized career counseling to help students develop in an all-round and individualized way.
